What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute changes or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit

It’s not required, but it’s helpful!

With proper aftercare, lash extensions can last 2–3 weeks before needing a fill. Avoid oil-based products and steam for best results!

How should I prepare for my facial?

Avoid exfoliating or using strong active products (like retinol) for 48 hours before your appointment. Let us know if you're on any medications or have skin concerns.
